How to use this card index
The official Mitosis description confirms collectible cards that can help players become stronger. Current community walkthrough captures show cards in challenge rewards, a Card Shop, and a MY CARDS collection. The index below records names and broad decision roles visible in current material without assigning unsupported permanent prices, rarities, or exact percentages.
Always select a live card before buying or replacing anything. Read its form, rarity, exact effect, Token price, and any warning. Balance changes can make an older screenshot wrong even when the card name still exists.
The official badge catalog includes In The Cards, Full Hand, and Full Deck, confirming collection milestones. Badge existence does not reveal a card’s current effect or acquisition rate.
Money and sale cards
Growth Factor
Role: production value. Compare the live effect with direct Ball Value upgrades and choose it when the repeated loop benefits.
Effect details: verify livePiggy Bank
Role: money storage or return. Read the current trigger and do not assume it pays on every sale.
Community documentedGold Rush
Role: sale value. Keep it separate from the timed Gold Rush event and read the card-specific condition.
Name overlaps an eventLoaded Dice
Role: chance-based value. Budget the run around ordinary output rather than assuming the favorable result.
Chance effectNucleus
Role: cell or sale growth. Confirm what object and stage the current text affects.
Exact value update-sensitiveSecond Wind
Role: challenge attempts. Current captures associate it with preserving some tries; trust the visible TRIES counter after each sale.
Challenge utilityMoney cards are most useful when sale value is the actual bottleneck. A strong-looking percentage may still be less useful than a cooldown or protection effect if you cannot build the batch safely.
Mutation and growth cards
Mutagen
Role: mutations. Use the live text to see whether it changes opportunity, frequency, or another mutation condition.
Community documentedOvergrowth
Role: cell growth. Compare the effect with Capacity so the board does not fill faster than you can manage it.
Verify exact triggerCulture Medium
Role: growth support. Read whether the benefit is continuous, conditional, or tied to a specific action.
Current text requiredSunny Day
Role: environmental or conditional support. Do not confuse the card name with a server-wide weather state.
Condition update-sensitiveMutation cards should improve a route you are already running. They do not turn an undocumented recipe into a guaranteed fusion. Check the mutations list and fusion guide before treating a new result as confirmed.
Speed and timing cards
Sprinter
Role: speed. Compare its live effect with Split Speed and the current challenge timer.
Community documentedQuick Harvest
Role: faster collection or payout cadence. Confirm which action receives the benefit.
Exact trigger not frozenNo Wait
Role: cooldown reduction. Check whether it removes, shortens, or conditionally skips a timer.
Read current wordingSugar Rush
Role: temporary speed or cadence. Do not assume it stacks with every other speed effect.
Interaction not establishedTiming effects matter most when waiting prevents another productive cycle. Cold Snap is a clear example: a speed benefit may create more useful batches than a small sale bonus. Observe the full split timer before and after equipping a card rather than relying on animation alone.
Protection and Boss cards
Antibody
Role: protection. Current community material associates it with controlling a harmful state such as Rotten; verify the exact live scope.
Protection utilityBoss Slayer
Role: Boss stages. Read which Boss pressure or reward the selected card changes before building around it.
Challenge utilityProtection cards can be worth more than direct money when an infection or restriction repeatedly destroys value. Boss-focused cards are narrow but can solve the hardest third goal. Choose for the activity you will actually play, not for a theoretical universal ranking.
Inspect a Card Shop offer
After an eligible challenge result, the Card Shop can present offers. Select one offer at a time and review every field. The card name identifies it; the effect explains what it does; form and rarity help distinguish versions; the Token price determines whether it fits the current savings plan.
Do not press reroll automatically. A reroll spends Tokens to replace the offers and buys no card by itself. Compare the reroll cost with the price of a useful visible card and with any Skill Tree goal. If you cannot afford a new result after rerolling, keeping the balance may be the better move.
Current captures describe restrictions around Legendary cards, including holding only one and receiving no return when selling one back. Treat the live confirmation as authoritative. Cancel if the warning is unclear, inspect MY CARDS, and decide what would be lost before replacing anything.
Order cards for a challenge
Current walkthroughs report left-to-right activation order. That makes position important during the Blackout Boss rule, which is reported to disable the first card. Before starting, put a nonessential effect first if the interface permits reordering, and keep the run’s key effect in a later position.
Test order during a low-risk stage. Watch the card indicators and the goal bar rather than assuming the row is decorative. If the live interface uses a different order after an update, follow the actual activation cues.
Build a small role-based loadout: one effect for the main money or mutation goal, one for the production bottleneck, and one for the challenge restriction if slots allow. Several cards with impressive but unrelated effects can be weaker than a coordinated set.
Sell or keep an owned card
Open MY CARDS, select the exact card, and read the displayed sell value. Selling is a trade: immediate Tokens in exchange for losing an effect and possibly paying more to replace it. Do not treat the offer as free income.
Keep a card when its repeated benefit is worth more than the current Token gap. Consider selling a duplicate or unused non-Legendary only after confirming that the collection, loadout, and relevant badge progress will not be harmed. Never infer a sell value from another card’s offer.
If a card name exists here but does not appear in your server, it may be unoffered, locked, changed, or removed. Do not reroll indefinitely to prove the list. Record the date and inspect future offers.
Source note, checked October 20, 2026: cards and their collection are official Mitosis systems. The names on this page, shop flow, activation order, broad roles, rerolls, and Legendary warnings are community reported from current interface captures. Exact effects, values, rarity, form, price, and availability must be read in the live game.
Frequently asked questions
Is there one best card?
No supported universal choice exists. Match the card to the current bottleneck: sale value, mutations, timing, protection, or challenge attempts.
Are card prices fixed?
This page intentionally does not promise fixed prices. Read the selected offer because balance updates and forms can change costs.
Is Gold Rush the card the same as the event?
No. The name appears in more than one system. Use the card panel for the owned effect and the event banner for the timed server event.
What should go in the first slot?
During a documented Blackout Boss stage, use a card you can afford to lose there. Verify current left-to-right behavior in MY CARDS before the run.
